The villa

The villa features two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, an open living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space, making your stay easy and effortless. In addition, the property features a separate beach house that comfortably accommodates four guests year‑round. It includes a sleeping loft, a sofa bed, its own kitchen, a bathroom, and a sauna. On the terrace, a luxurious outdoor jacuzzi awaits, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding nature.


Although the villa provides an ideal escape from everyday life, services and the charming old town of Porvoo are only about a 20‑minute drive away.

General information

You are welcome to park your car at the property's own parking space, right at the entrance. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.

Pets are very welcome at this property. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you bring your furry friend with you.

Hosting parties is not permitted. To ensure everyone in the area can rest comfortably, we kindly ask for quiet between 10 pm and 10 am.

If something breaks or isn't working, please let us know so we can organise for it to be fixed promptly and keep your stay hassle-free.

Nordaway provides you with high-quality linen and toiletries, and complimentary firewood, BBQ gas, spices, olive oil, tea, coffee and other practical conveniences.

Finland's tap water is ranked as one of the best in the world, so there is no need to buy bottled water separately.

In Finland the standard voltage is 230 volts, 50 Hz. Primary sockets require Continental or European plugs of the two round pin variety.

The sauna building’s loft features a spacious and comfortable double bed. The loft is accessed via the stairs shown in the image.

The main building has a spacious bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The bathroom located in the sauna building is equipped with a shower, an electric sauna, and a toilet.
