With a passion for hospitality, Janina is dedicated to creating memorable experiences that connect people across cultures. Having lived multiple years abroad, she brings a rich international perspective to every project and is driven by a mission to elevate Finland’s profile as a luxury travel destination. Curious by nature, Janina blends strategic thinking with creativity — especially through visual storytelling that captures the essence of places, people, and moments.
Aino Siiteri
Customer Experience Trainee
Aino is in her third year of studying wellness business management and is completing her internship at Nordaway, focusing on developing service processes and enhancing the customer experience. Wellness themes play a strong role in her thinking, and Aino aims to bring the calm of Finnish nature and its unique possibilities into Nordaway’s services. Her goal is to create an accommodation experience that is as immersive, balanced, and restorative as possible for every guest.
