This luxurious 230 m² log villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday right in the heart of Ruka. The location is ideal: Ruka’s wide range of services is within walking distance, cross‑country ski trails start practically from the doorstep, and the nearest ski lift is only about 200 metres away.

The villa

The villa’s cosy main floor invites you to enjoy time together. The spacious living room and large fireplace create a warm atmosphere, and two separate dining areas provide plenty of space for shared meals. The kitchen is practical and well equipped, and the four comfortable bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own walk‑in closet as well as a private bathroom.


The sauna area offers an authentic Finnish sauna experience. A separate lounge room, toilet, and outdoor terrace complete the space. In addition, there is an extra toilet in the entrance hallway for added convenience.


In the basement, you’ll find practical facilities for ski and clothing maintenance, making the villa an excellent base for an active holiday year‑round.

"We spent four wonderful days in December at this beautiful villa with our family (two adults and two children). The property is modern, well-designed, and fully equipped, including a spacious kitchen. Highlights include the indoor sauna, outdoor jacuzzi (comfortably warm even at –12°C), and an EV charger. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the fireplace and the expansive window wall (it is huge!) offering breathtaking views of the snow-covered lake. During our stay, we were fortunate to witness the Aurora Borealis on two nights (for long long hours) visible directly from the villa or while relaxing by the fire - an unforgettable experience. The location is convenient, with a grocery store (K-market) and several restaurants just a short walk away. The hosts at Nordaway were consistently responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this villa for a truly memorable stay."

You may park your car in the property’s private parking area directly in front of the entrance.

Pets are very welcome at this property. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you bring your furry friend with you.

To ensure everyone in the area can rest comfortably, we kindly ask for quiet between 10 pm and 10 am.

If something breaks or isn't working, please let us know so we can organise for it to be fixed promptly and keep your stay hassle-free.
