The villa

This luxurious villa, completed in 2022, stands on the shores of Lake Äkäslompolo, in the heart of Ylläs’ unique fell landscape. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it offers space and privacy even for larger groups. The villa features two cozy living rooms, a modern kitchen, a utility room, and a practical mudroom. For relaxation, there is a private sauna, a cold plunge pool, and two atmospheric fireplaces. High-quality appliances and an integrated sound system complete the comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding fells—a scenery that changes with the seasons.


All services are within walking distance: a grocery store, ski resort, and the area’s best restaurants are nearby, making the villa the perfect base for a luxurious Lapland holiday.

General information

You can park your car in the villa’s own covered parking space right next to the main entrance. Electric car charging is available from a socket in the carport. In addition, there are two guest parking spaces on the villa’s driveway.

Pets are very welcome at this property. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you bring your furry friend with you.

 To ensure everyone in the area can rest comfortably, we kindly ask for quiet between 10 pm and 10 am.

If something breaks or isn't working, please let us know so we can organise for it to be fixed promptly and keep your stay hassle-free.
